Can I choose my own hours?
Yes. You're online only when you tap the availability toggle. Work an hour, work all day, work weekends only — it's your call.
Can I decline requests?
Absolutely. Every request is your choice. Declining does not affect your standing on the network.
How do I get paid?
Customers pay through the KeyFly app. Your earnings are deposited directly to your bank account on a weekly payout schedule (daily payouts available in some markets).
Do I need insurance?
Yes. Active general liability insurance is required for all KeyFly Pros. You'll upload proof of coverage during application.
Do I need a locksmith license?
Where required by state or municipality, yes. We verify licenses during the onboarding review.
When do I receive payouts?
Standard payouts arrive within 24 hours of the weekly cutoff. Instant payouts are available in select markets for a small fee.
Can I pause my availability?
Yes — toggle offline from the dashboard at any time. You'll stop receiving new requests immediately.
How does pricing work?
KeyFly displays a transparent price to the customer up front based on service type, location, and time of day. You always see your estimated earnings before accepting.
