Identity, license (where required), and insurance are reviewed before a locksmith is approved on Keyfly.
Transparent pricing
Customers see an estimated total, platform fees, and applicable tax before requesting service.
Approved changes only
Additional charges require the customer's in-app approval — no surprise invoices.
Secure payments
Payments are processed through a trusted card processor. Digital receipts are included.
Reviews & accountability
Every job can be rated. Locksmiths with repeated issues are suspended or removed from the platform.
